Josh Butowsky

Founder

STATS:

Prior to devoting his work full time to Influencer Response, Josh served as Director of Partnerships at Thrive Market. He built Thrive Market's social media influencer campaign and podcast media from the ground up and grew both into highly efficient marketing channels. Before Thrive Market, Josh was instrumental in starting Dastmalchi’s Influencer Marketing department. With Josh’s leadership, Dastmalchi’s flagship brand Vanity Planet became one of the fastest growing beauty and skincare brands on social media in less than two years. Josh has shared his expertise by speaking on panels at ClamourCon, StyleCon and was recently invited to speak at ICMX Los Angeles. In 2012, his DRTV team at SENSA won Direct Response Marketer of the Year.

Personal Passions:

An avid traveler, Josh has attempted to journey to one country per month. He’s also a Division I soccer player and continues to play in his spare time. Josh also loves going to concerts (and especially enjoys rocking out to 80’s and 90’s bands).

Superhero Talent:

Josh helped Influencer Response generate $8 million in revenue by signing over 15 brands in its first year of business. He credits maintaining a healthy balance of influencer and podcast media when it comes to the company’s big wins.

Jeffrey Campbell

Co-Founder

STATS:

Jeff is a senior level executive that brings 20 years of hands-on direct marketing and direct response experience. Prior to Influencer Response, Jeff served as the President of UFC FIT. He also served as the Executive VP of SENSA where he oversaw customer acquisition and retention. Under his guidance, SENSA grew from $35 million in revenue to $180 million in only three years. Prior positions include COO of Dermacia, Inc. and President of UltraConversions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intermix Media (previously eUniverse).

Personal Passions:

Jeff continues to test himself physically and mentally whenever possible and loves to learn new things. A father of two daughters, Jeff finds great joy in watching his kids not just grow but thrive. Jeff is also a Cal football fan and loves to catch a game when he gets the chance.

Superhero Talent:

Jeff has an accomplished track record in the development and execution of  marketing campaigns that utilize multiple media channels while concurrently optimizing operating efficiencies.

Angela Lynn

Finance

STATS:

Angie began her career in accounting working alongside the Controller at The William Morris Talent Agency. There she oversaw accounting for one of the agency's busiest departments, requiring regular dealings with Fortune 500 companies. She then joined the Myspace executive team in their new venture Slingshot Labs (owned by Newscorp) as Head of HR and Office Manager.

Personal Passions:

Angie lives with her husband and three young children in the same town she grew up in outside of Los Angeles. In her spare time, she enjoys anything that keeps her active, spending time with her friends and family, murder mysteries and any type of sale!

Superhero Talent:

Angie believes she can do it all and fully commits to that in all aspects of life.

Tiffany Huang

Co-Director of Partnerships

STATS:

Throughout her college career, Tiffany has held various marketing internships that have equipped her to handle large-scale influencer marketing campaigns. She’s worked with various brands on leveraging social media outlets to drive sales and traffic, as well as rebranding initiatives.

Personal Passions:

Having caught the travel bug during her time abroad in Europe, Tiffany has not put her wanderlust spirit to rest. She has an endless list of places she hopes to visit and plans on checking off each and every destination while taking her laptop with her on the go. When she's not booking a flight, Tiffany enjoys getting outdoors with her friends and family or reading/listening to anything motivational.

Tiffany has always embodied an entrepreneurial drive at heart. She’s excited to see her journey take off!

Yasmeen Garcia

Co-Director of Partnerships

STATS:

Prior to joining Influencer Response in 2019, Yasmeen oversaw Recovery Brands’ brand ambassador program where she utilized the company’s health and wellness thought leaders to drive ongoing media opportunities. She also spearheaded PR initiatives for American Addiction Centers’ California treatment facilities. As such, her efforts have garnered national press coverage in top-tier publications such as Vice, The Huffington Post, and Bustle.

Personal Passions:

Some of Yasmeen’s favorite weekend pastimes include discovering new (to her) coffee shops in San Diego, lounging at the beach, and cruising around Balboa Park.

Superhero Talent:

Yasmeen is a thriving digital marketing professional with a knack for helping organizations elevate their brand through strategic digital public relations.

Courtney Simonetti

Director, Client Services

STATS:

Upon graduating from Chapman University, Courtney began her career in marketing with a primary emphasis on wellness and beauty. She's worked with such brands as St. Tropez Tan, Tyra Beauty, and Sensa, where she first met Josh Butowsky and Jeff Campbell, before landing at UFC Fit to launch their email marketing campaign. With a keen eye for talent, Courtney went on to work in the film industry with a direct focus on A list talent at The Gersh agency. Most recently she was part of the Quibi launch, Meg Whitman and Jeffrey Katzenberg's new tv startup. There she was involved in all stages of production with a slate of more than fifty series.

Personal Passions:

In broad strokes, Courtney's continual goal is self care (and a little home improvement too!). Whether that means mentally, physically, or spiritually, she constantly strives to grow and learn from those around her. Ultimately, she aspires to be the version of herself, work notwithstanding!

Superhero Talent:

Originally from New York, Courtney makes up for in personality what she lacks in height. Direct, yet down to earth, she possesses a masterful balance of honestly and empathy and she's used this to build long lasting relationships - both personal and professional.

Arlene Lloyd

Account Manager

STATS:

Arlene first stepped onto the marketing scene as an influencer marketing manager representing notable beauty and health and wellness brands Vanity Planet and Vitagoods. There, she had the opportunity to oversee more than 1,000 campaigns including partnerships with professional athletes in the Olympics, NBA, UFC and Bellator. Her strong background in consumer marketing and influencer relations has helped to create and maintain a reputable name in the health and fitness sector for those brands. Her success there has made her a key asset in building influencer strategies from the ground up at several startups brands since then.

Personal Passions:

When she’s not loading up the camper van for a weekend off the grid with her hubby and fur children, Jabba and Randall, Arlene spends her weekends kicking butt and taking names as the “flag-hacking queen” in her beach football league. She’ll never pass up a Pinterest-inspired home improvement project and is a sucker for the occasional Sunday afternoon FRIENDS re-run (YES, Ross and Rachel WERE on a break, and NO, this is not up for debate). Oh, and go Steelers!

Superhero Talent:

Arlene specializes in creating long-lasting professional relationships with each of her clients and takes on every project in an efficient and convenient manner. She can also make a mean spicy marg, but we’ll save that demonstration for the office happy hour.

Vickie Chutipanyaporn

Account Manager

STATS:

After graduating in 2018, Vickie has held multiple roles in social media for Microsoft and Q13 FOX. During that time, she helped produce quality engagements while maintaining brand voice. Previously, she was a talent manager at Gushcloud Talent Agency managing top tier influencers and their paid campaigns, driving high ROIs for brands. With her knowledge in influencer marketing and positive personality, she’s always received outstanding feedback from her clients.

Personal Passions:

Free-spirited and adventurous, Vickie loves the little things in life such as spending time with her friends and family, traveling and going to music festivals. You will always see her capturing all her favorite moments on her camera roll.

Vickie is known for creating and maintaining reputable relationships with her talent and brands.

Carla Hernandez

Account Manager

STATS:

During her undergraduate career, Carla worked at a marketing agency managing social media accounts for multiple beauty shops around San Diego county. She worked closely with the CEO to develop pitches, create branded content, and perform research to better understand product value.

Personal Passions:

Traveling to different parts of the world is her favorite pastime when she is not watching a cheesy Rom-Com with a plate full of sushi on her couch. Occasionally you will find her baking new recipes she finds on Pinterest for her friends and family to try.

Superhero Talent:

Carla had the highest customer service rate in her retail job through college. She knows the benefits of creating and maintaining remarkable relationships.

Meg Stennis

Account Manager

STATS:

Meg is one of our team’s newest additions with a passion for public relations, storytelling and all things influencer. A native Texan, she graduated from TCU in 2017 and later planted her roots in Houston. She began her career as a PR Account Coordinator at Public Content, a full-service PR, digital marketing and social media agency. There, she launched the firm’s influencer relations department and managed a multitude of collaborations and partnerships for a variety of clients in the hospitality, retail and real estate industries. She has a demonstrated background in client management, creative pitching and brand strategy.

Personal Passions:

Meg is a self-declared gastronomist and shopaholic. She loves trying out buzzy, new restaurants with inspired cocktails and frequenting any locale with trendy garb. She’s also passionate about health and fitness. So when she’s not working, shopping or eating, you can find her in the gym, out for a long walk along the bayou or hanging with friends.

Superhero Talent:

Known for her interpersonal skills and ability to mesh with people from all walks of life, Meg’s superhero talent is fostering and maintaining relationships with talent and clients alike. She’s also got a knack for organization… The Home Edit is her blueprint for everyday living as well as in the workplace.

Christina Simonetti

Account Manager

STATS:

Coming to IR from the brand side, Christina was previously responsible for revamping and scaling influencer campaigns with a focus on brand awareness and ROI. Her experience has primarily been in the health & wellness, fashion, and beauty industries with notable brands such as Sweaty Betty and Alleyoop. While she has a keen interest in the creative side of influencer marketing, nothing gives her more satisfaction than a positive ROI. 

Personal Passions:

When not fascinating over social content, you can find Christina biking, walking, and exploring the tri-state area taking in the great outdoors. She is a health and wellness enthusiast with a nutrition coaching certification so is always cooking up clean meals in the kitchen and balancing them with sweet treats.

Superhero Talent:

Looking at the bigger picture, Christina is able to understand multiple perspectives and put her best foot forward to ensure the right path is taken. She understands that at the end of the day we’re all human and the need for genuine relationship management is stronger now than ever!

Ally Robosson

Account Manager

STATS:

While she was an undergraduate, Ally interned for Influencer Response as an Influencer Partnerships Intern. Ally also had the opportunity to take on several other internship positions in the marketing and development realm. Her background in social media and marketing through course projects and other internships has given her experience in analyzing data, creating content and improving client communications.

Personal Passions:

Ally is a social media lover with a passion for all things food, travel, friends and family. She loves exploring new places and capturing her memories through photographs. Her favorite places shes traveled are Barcelona, Florence and Amsterdam.

Superhero Talent:

Ally is an organized, self-starter, known for her interpersonal skills and ability to build reputable relationships with clients and coworkers.

Alexis Hurwitz

Account Manager

STATS:

During her time in college at the University of Miami, Alexis held various public relations and journalism internships. With her work experience ranging from the fashion industry to a female-founded vegan banana bread startup, Alexis’s skillset leads her to be eager to step foot into the influencer marketing space.

Personal Passions:

When she isn’t scouring social media for trendy restaurant openings in her city or making new fashion Pinterest boards, Alexis loves travelling with her family and friends. Nothing excites her more than planning a trip to a new country and experiencing unique cultures and cuisine.

Superhero Talent:

Alexis thrives in creative environments and loves producing content, whether it be writing copy, generating social media posts, or designing graphics. Her background and passion for fashion has equipped her with a deep understanding of the influencer climate.

Jaime Elsen

Account Manager

STATS:

After graduating in 2018, Jaime pursued her passion for Marketing and Advertising with an emphasis in strategic partnership development. As a Director of Partnerships in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Jaime developed relationships with brands to build brand awareness and launch co-marketing initiatives in the Health, Wellness, and Beverage industries. In addition to her strategic partnership experience, she has managed social media for multiple brands, developed social content strategy, managed consumer communications, developed ambassador programs, and launched sales-driven marketing campaigns.

Personal Passions:

When not scrolling through social media for up and coming brands, Jaime enjoys spending my time being crafty and active. She loves to work on DIY home projects, bake, walk or run with her dog, and spend time with family. Jaime has a passion for traveling and experiencing different cultures, but always make sure to give back to her community by volunteering whenever possible.

Superhero Talent:

Jaime is passionate about finding unique brands and developing strategic partnerships that will contribute to and elevate their continued success. Nothing makes her happier than developing a relationship where all parties are happy and left fulfilled because of their mutual success.

Emma Abrahamson

Account Manager

STATS:

After being self-employed as a content creator in the running space for almost 3 years, Emma is excited to bring her skillset to Influencer Response. She has worked closely on the influencer side with brands and understands how important building relationships is along the way. Her experience includes working with brands in the wellness and sports industries such as Nike, Athletic Greens, and beam.

Personal Passions:

When she isn’t creating her own content on social media in her free time, she loves to go on long bike rides or runs along the San Diego coast, trying new restaurants, drinking cold brew, and hanging out with her friends.

Superhero Talent:

Because of her own background as an influencer, Emma specializes in creating long-term relationships on the brand-side and with other content creators.

Angela Tozzi

Account Manager

STATS:

After Graduating Duquesne University in 2019, Angela held a role as a producer for Workers Compensation Insurance at ADP. Previously, she was the Social Media Influencer Relations Manager at Mindful Health LLC. Here she built their influencer department from the ground up and truly discovered her passion for influencer marketing.

Personal Passions:

Angela loves spending time with family, friends & her 2 cats Minette and Sanji. She has a passion for vegan cuisine and traveling the world. Catch her spending the weekends outdoors and practicing her flow arts.

Superhero Talent:

Having an eye for organization, Angela keeps her A-game on when it comes to checking in with clients. Her bubbly personality makes building relationships a breeze and you can always count on her to put a smile on your face.

Haley Herrmann

Account Manager

STATS:

Throughout her undergraduate career at The Ohio State University, Haley had the opportunity to work with companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Berkshire Hathaway, and GoNanas. These experiences allowed her to wear many hats, equipping her with experience in marketing, public relations and social media. In her previous role at GoNanas she was able to put her educational background and experience to the test, making decisions that had a large impact on the company's influencer marketing, sales growth, and overall customer engagement. Haley is excited to continue to develop her skills in the influencer marketing industry.

Personal Passions:

Haley has a passion for traveling and had the opportunity to study abroad in London. She is looking forward to exploring new cultures and cuisines throughout the world. Additionally you’ll find her cooking new recipes at home to pair with organic and orange wines she finds for her friends and family.

Haley knows the key to success is hard work, strong communication skills and time management. She brings 110% into every project or task she takes on.
